SAUERKRAUT SALAD (may/jun80pg7) 11-23-96 Top of page
1 large can or 1 quart sauerkraut,
2 cans bean sprouts, drained
2 cups chopped onions
2 cups chopped celery
½ cup chopped green pepper
Combine and mix well.
¾ cup vinegar and 1½ cups sugar
Boil till syrupy, cool. Mix with vegetables.
