TUSCAN TOMATO SAUCE 10-6-18

In a pan combine some olive oil and 2 cloves of
garlic to toast. Once toasted, remove garlic. Add chopped fresh tomatoes.
Cook them down a little bit and add basil, salt and pepper at the end to
create sauce. Can add meat of choice if desired. Serve over pasta or toast
topped with mozarella, then broil.
