CANDY CORN BARS (9-15-07) 10-6-07 Top of page
Crust:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 pkg. yellow pudding in mix cake
mix
1 egg
3 cups mini marshmallows
Combine butter and cake mix and
egg and blend well. Press into jelly roll pan Bake 350° 12-15 minutes.
Remove from oven sprinkle on
marshmallows. Bake 2 minutes more
'til marshmallows 'til puffy.
Topping:
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 white sugar
1/4 brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tsps. vanilla
2 cups rice krispies
2 cups lightly salted peanuts
1 cup candy corn
Combine syrup and sugars. Cook on
medium heat 'til it comes to a boil. Boil 2-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter and
vanilla. Stir in cereal. Add candy
corn. Spoon mixture over marshmallow layer. Allow to cool and cut into
bars.

boneless skinless chicken breast
greek seasoning
catalina dressing
greek seasoning
cracked pepper
Put greek seasoning and cracked pepper on each side of chicken and cook. When you flip it the first time coat it with catalina dressing. When you flip it again, coat the other side with catalina dressing.
PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 10-06-07
1/2 cup rice
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup water
1 pound ground beef
Mix together and form balls. Place in baking dish.
Sauce:
1 10 oz. can tomato soup
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tsps. dry mustard
Mix well and pour over meatballs. Bake 350° for 1 hour. Within the hour, baste twice.

1 box lemon cake mix
1 16 oz. can lemon pie filling
4 eggs
Mix by hand with a spoon. Bake 350° 12-15 minutes. Frost with Betty Crocker canned vanilla frosting or cream cheese frosting.

SWEET TEA 10-06-07
Boil water on stove with 2-4 tea bags. Add 1 1/2 cups sugar when it's hot. Dissolve sugar and put it in a gallon container. Fill to the top with water.
